TONE hesabını sil

Hesabını uygulamadan da silebilirsin: Profil → Hesabım → Hesabı sil. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan bu sayfayı kullan.

Neler silinir?

  • Hesap bilgilerin: ad, soyad, kullanıcı adı, e-posta, telefon, şifre özeti, Google bağlantısı
  • Oturumların, şifre sıfırlama kodların, referans kayıtların, yapay zekâ hak kullanımın ve hesaba bağlı Pro kaydın

Silme hemen gerçekleşir; veriler yedeklerden en geç 14 gün içinde kendiliğinden çıkar. Cihazındaki öğrenme verileri, uygulamayı kaldırdığında silinir. Google Play aboneliğin kendiliğinden iptal olmaz; Google Play → Ödemeler ve abonelikler bölümünden ayrıca iptal et.

Delete your TONE account

You can also delete your account in the app: Profile → My account → Delete account. Use this page if you cannot access the app.

What is deleted?

  • Your account data: first and last name, username, e-mail, phone, password hash, Google link
  • Your sessions, password reset codes, referral records, AI credit usage and account-linked Pro record

Deletion is immediate; the data drops out of backups within 14 days. Learning data on your device is removed when you uninstall the app. Your Google Play subscription is not cancelled automatically; cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

TONE-Konto löschen

Du kannst dein Konto auch in der App löschen: Profil → Mein Konto → Konto löschen. Nutze diese Seite, wenn du keinen Zugriff auf die App hast.

Was wird gelöscht?

  • Deine Kontodaten: Vor- und Nachname, Benutzername, E-Mail, Telefon, Passwort-Hash, Google-Verknüpfung
  • Sitzungen, Passwort-Codes, Einladungsdaten, KI-Kontingentnutzung und kontogebundener Pro-Eintrag

Die Löschung erfolgt sofort; aus Backups verschwinden die Daten spätestens nach 14 Tagen. Lerndaten auf deinem Gerät werden beim Deinstallieren der App entfernt. Dein Google-Play-Abo wird nicht automatisch gekündigt; kündige es unter Google Play → Zahlungen & Abos.
